Either way I loved that bike, the only thing that gave me a fit was the Sora parts, noticeably the front derailler, it shift way to slow, I even held the shifter like the shop dude told me to, it took more than a couple of revolutions of the pedal for it to shift. BTW the 2200 on the GMC Denali shifts the front gear alot faster and cleaner than the Sora, just my opinion.
Then your LBS is pretty bad, because no FD should take 'several revs' to shift to a different gear. they didn't tune it properly. give me well tuned sora any day over poorly tuned ultegra.
