First, see if it clicks with a different set of pedals. If it doesn't, you've found the problem. Some pedals are serviceable, some aren't.

The XCaliber is equipped with a Shimano ES25 bottom bracket, a sealed cartridge unit. Check that the end bolts attaching the cranks are tight. If this is not the problem, the BB might need to be replaced. Your dealer might warranty it.
