I've raced some of these guys and with the exception of Lamar they are not so fast. Lamar absolutely decimated me. But Lamar is in college now... Lamar absolutely decimated me. I find it all somewhat discouraging. The winner (a Cat 1) averaged 28 m.p.h. Given that wouldn't this probably be a somewhat hilly course?

Today I just did recovery. Quads are feeling the hurt from Body Conditioning. Must take a nap.
