I don't hate helmets at all, but I do hate someone telling me I have to, or should be wearing one.

In the case of the story this thread is based on, a politician is speaking out on the negative side effects of when this happens.

There is such as thing as an unintended consequence and it seems there is much evidence that bike helmet laws have resulted in conditions that are worse than the original conditions that were intended to be improved upon.
