Bikes: Rocky Mountain Solo, Specialised Sirrus Triple (quick road tourer), Santana Arriva Tandem

Thanks, all

No, no problems before. The bike is 2 years old, with 2000 miles on it now, not enormous but not shabby either (as we do equivalent mileage on the tandem). First adjustment to the saddle height since I first received it, when I set the saddle height to the same as my 20 year old tourer and the tandem

I think I should just ride it harder - more pedal pressure, less saddle pressure. It's not a tandem or a tourer after all

My surprise, though, was how small an adjustment would make such a big difference
