I'm not being nasty here, it's just that some of the body measurements are difficult to take and little errors can make for a bad fit range. Also, frame geometries vary wildly so some frame measurements need to be taken in specific ways. Let the LBS do it, as they
should have the experience.
[edit] I also note that the site uses the Knee Over Pedal Spindle method of saddle positioning which, while providing a reasonable starting point for fitting, does not adapt to changes in frame geometry (specifically seat-post tube angle) or the rider's foot length or femur to leg length ratio. In the end, using KOPS based measurements may provide a perfect fit on one frame and a damaging fit on another.
