Here's a drive side picture with accessories installed and the top tube logos removed. I used 0000 steel wool to get a nice satin finish. Of course, the rest of the bike is still shiny so it doesn't quite match. Haven't decided if I care enough to do the rest of the bike yet.
I've only had time to put about 30 miles on it so far but initial impressions are good. I'm no expert on anything so I'll just say that the components work as expected, it feels about as comfortable as my old Lemond used to but also feels stiffer and more responsive. The handling is just right to me... not too twitchy, not too laid back. I love the fact that I don't need to worry about surface rust anymore (I live pretty close to the beach where the salt air wreaks havoc.)
The saddle is pretty cheapy but it seems comfortable enough for the short rides I've been on. The stem might be a little long for me, but I figure I'll leave everything alone for the time being until I get some more time on it.
