Fob, i took the wheels out and i see what you mean by grinding. I did the same with the wheel on my road bike with sealed formula hubs and its very smooth. I don't think its faulty, i think it's just a sh*tty hub. Slightly disappointing, but i won't be replacing them til they break.

I emailed bd4techhelp@aol.com about my tubes, and they replaced them at their cost.
