My performance illuminite jacket is fading out after 5 years, so looking for replacement. The current illuminite's don't have pockets and velco snap fasteners. Besides after five years, a touch of moisure
ended with wet chest.

Ok, so what would you recommend? I tried a showerspass touring jacket this morning and was better than I expected, but cold across the back and back of arms. So, what have you experienced? I was looking at the gore phanton but concerned with 1- lack of moisture protection and 2- wouild it be too warm in warmer weather.
