If you checkout comments on the Brook's website, their cutout saddles didn't go over well. I bet most of the same problems transfer to the Selle saddle.

I ride a Swallow and like it, but I've got less than 2 inches of drop. B-17's are definitely uncomfortable with much drop, I can attest to that.

Given the choice again, I'd probably at least give a Fizik a chance over the Swallow. I have *no* complains on my swallow, but I *fear* (I don't know if it's a valid fear) that in 15,000 miles I'll have one of those awful hammocks.... And yes, my brown swallow looks a bit odd on my bike, but that could easily be fixed with brown bar tape.
