Some "all 531" LeJeunes had Nervor steerers and blades, so who knows on the blades, one would have to strip the paint to know for sure, as to weight, the Nervor component fork I have is lighter than many other 531 forks, so no telling.

Strong enough? Yes, worry about it? no. Might it have been cheating the tubing label? Yes.
