I got the Smith Regulator goggle with the fan, and also bought their Optical Docking System for my prescription lenses. The system works well, although it does take up a little more of my peripheral vision than bolle goggles did. The Smith goggles also put a little more pressure on my nose, so breathing can be a little more effort. If you ski with a Leedom helmet, the Smith strap will not fit into the gogle strap teeth in the helmet. The goggles are a complete cure for fogging, including fogged glasses.

BTW- if you need to get your prescription made into lenses, Walmart charged me a total of $40 for lenses and installation.
