Okay, I need to raise my handlebars a few inches. I'm not sure how to do this. I can't find my manual so I'll copy some specs from the website.

STEM: Specialized Comp-Set, 3D forged alloy, 4-position adjustable, 4-bolt 31.8mm clamp

Headset: Cage bearings integrated w/ headset, 20mm of spacers w/ top cap
