Vegetarian
Hey all,
I've fairly recently turned vegetarian (7 months in) and have decided to start training for some cross state bike tours. Does anyone have any good high protein and/or healthy/helpful biking snacks or meals? I try to keep up with my protein but is there anything else I should be keeping in mind for long hauls or muscle building?
Also: I'm a girl, fairy newer rider (I try to commute to work and do weekly road rides but like I said just started training for longer rides and eventual tours), and take a multi-vitamin and a B-complex vitamin every day.
