Bikes: 2006 Felt F3C

I've been on a high protein diet for the past few weeks, a few of the things I've been eating:
Kashi Go Lean cereal
Cottage Cheese
String Cheese
Eggs
Protein Powder/shakes with soy milk
rice+beans
tofu
tempeh
veggie burgers/dogs
peanut butter (or other nuts)
