Froze: Glad to hear you were fine. That's funny about the mirror. Well I have no clue who hit me except that it was a white van with green trim that came from behind.

I'm better today. Less pain and arm has more range now. I finally was able to look over my gear and a more closer look at my bike. The bike is ok and I made more minor adjustments. My helmet however has hair line cracks and the safety aspect is compromised. I went yesterday and got another helmet and today no headaches. It's been about a week. Depending how I feel tomorrow I'll probably do a group ride for Saturday. We will see. My girlfriend thinks I should lay off another week but I miss riding already.
