SRSLY. Think about it ... as the frame sizes get smaller, the triangle formed by the seatstays, ( looking at it from the back ) will be shorter, where they meet at the seat tube will be lower/closer to the top of the tire sooooooo... that also means the seatstays wil be closer to each other, making it ( the frame ) narrower, right at the tire ...
