Keep in mind not all of us can ride in road bike positions.I have bad back and my neck and shoulders cant handle that bar below seat stuff.Sciatica starts up just looking at bikes like that.Back strength training is out cause i got disc's messed up.Ex rays show they are missing?Before you spend the bucks better ride some distance and then see how you feel in morning.Lol.

I have two herniated disc's and road riding has eliminated any pain once my core became strong.
