200+ is a clydesdale, even if that's your normal weight. One of the guys I work with is fit as a fiddle, but he's 6'3" and weighs 220, he's just a big guy. He rides about 100 miles a week on a "pixie carbon fairy bike." I'm 35, am 5'11" and am finally down to around 190. But I spent years over 220, and I still have a gut to get rid of.
