ok, i did discover (w/o checking out the maestro help at PTs!) that the thinner INNER nut adjusts the cones..or so i think. had to go back and forth (too tight, too loose..etc) and found the right tightness and free spin....

after a test ride, there it is again...the loose slight wobble returns ... it was at maybe 1/32 of an inch...now back to about 1/8 or more maybe...

maybe it's time to just go get that new wheelset....from this steel to aluminum. and quick release from this hell!

can you adjust the cones with the wheel ON the frame?
