I'm fairly new to road bikes and don't have the money to upgrade my bike at the moment but I've been looking at getting a wheelset for the time being. The Heliums seem like something I could put on another bike in the future and be happy with. I ride a late 80's Centurion(the bike I'd put the Heliums on). Can I run those wheels with a 7-speed and a spacer or no? Thanks in advance...
