I'm just learning about classic and vintage bikes, and trying to figure out what kind of things to look for to determine what it is. But I found this bike and i'm completely stumped. I'm thinking a Peugeot but some things are saying its not.

-seems like repainted yellow with Continental Sticker, and Power Bar sticker.

-Measured seat post at 27mm
