Agreeing with pdedes, although I suppose it would be better to call it "direct impact" instead of "pure impact". I injured my elbow (they thought it was broken for a couple days, then decided it wasn't) falling at about 8 mph when I stupidly took my hands off the bars on a cambered road. I've also crashed at about 25 mph and only got some road rash.
