The catalog scan is from a German shop and therefore reflects what might have been sold in Germany. Cinelli bikes in other countries would have had different components as back in the 50's and 60's there were far more customs regulations and duties to pay, so certain parts were simply not sold in certain markets. Furthermore, Cinelli commonly sold naked frames and forks, so you could build up as you see fit. Even in Italy, Cinelli was known to also fit components that were otherwise almost unheard of. Cinelli was the Italian distributor of Mafac brakes, TA cranks, Altenberger components, Scheeren rims...
