Yeah, I was thinking if you made a first post in this thread with 8k miles, I wouldn't even give it a second thought. Your commutes are well known to be legendary. Surely there are other commuters with bigger totals than what's in this thread. What made my red flags go up was seeing newly registered posters with huge commuting totals, even though they never talk about commuting. Could happen, I suppose, but I figured it was more likely they misunderstood the 'rules' of the thread.
