Well if the CL seller knowingly sold you a bag of goods so to speak I wouldn't expect a response from them. Of course If you did get in touch with the seller whats to discuss....really all you can realistically expect is a conversation that goes
"Hey, that Bianchi you sold me...was the frame repaired at some point?"
"Yep"
"OK, thanks for not telling me jerk"
Honestly though even if its been repaired, if the repair job is good there's no shame in riding a repaired frame...just chalk the price up to the cost of riding what you want.
