Looks a lot like the 1997 I just sold for $300. Mine was still geared, however. Ergo Mirage with a newer FD & RD.
Mine had some BB and TT rust issues - looked like it had been ridden on a trainer - that I wire brushed out and repainted. Krylon (?) Jade is a reasonable match.
According to BikePedia, the '95s and '97s came in celeste. Your decals look a little different than mine, so your might be a '95.
