breakfast - oatmeal with wheat germ, flax seed and fruit (love the beginning of the week, it means fresh fruit!)
lunch - turkey provolone and lettuce wrap on whole wheat, raspberry yogurt w/ granola, grapes.
afternoon snack - banana and a "Ripe Strawberry" Kashi TLC bar
dinner - TBD
