My ´75 Grand Jubile has TA cups and a Stronglight axle (!?). For some reason I had assumed it was Swiss-threaded (to the point of buying a spare Sugino Swiss BB), but after reading T-Mar's and Abarth's comments I need to reconsider. I'm going to take it off pretty soon, and was all set to twist it off clockwise...
