I have a pair of the original Vagabonds, and I have mixed feelings about them. They have held up well to my abuse over 2 years. On the other hand, the fit leaves something to be desired, they create pressure points and hot spots for me regualarly on rides. I might have been better off with a slightly wider shoe, as I have found with my new road shoes. In hindsight, I should have spent a little more and gotten a better fitting shoe, but I haven't been in any hurry to get something new as I am cheap . My next pair of shoes, which will hopefully come around this summer will have more time put into getting the right fit, with price being less of an issue. Until then, sore feet are the downside of a otherwise good ride.

Maybe the new Vagabonds fit differently. If you have a chance, I would recommend trying shoes at a LBS if possible, but if you're looking to score a good deal online that may be out of the question. Good luck.
