Listen for any pings from the spokes over bumps or while standing on the pedals and cranking. If you hear any, you'll likely need to take the wheels back for another tweak.
And don't feel too bad about missing the double butted spokes. When I received the DT Competition and Revolution spokes for my recent wheel build, I was really annoyed at first as it sure felt like I got all Competition spokes. It took measuring with my spoke gauge to assure me I got the right spokes.
Where did you read/hear that DT Revolution spokes should not be used with disc brakes? I have ~900 miles on a 700c disc front wheel built with all Revolution spokes.
Inflating a tyre onto a wheel as you've found out - drops the tension. Not evenly as well. This is exactly what happened to the OP. They probably built the wheel true but did not check it after tyre/tube inflated.
