Oh yeah and don't forget a couple of strategically placed bungees in case of catsrofic failure of part of the rack. My Redline Monocog has been sent down the road at 70 mph twice (I am a slow learner). Luckily the trucks behind me were considerate enough to not run it over after it came to a stop. Neither of the failures have been since I switched to the rack that I just linked to.
