I dunno about Wheelandsprocket but Ben from Velomine.com (he has an ebay account as well) is pretty good about shipping. He ships everything via USPS so you won't pay massive brokerage fees with UPS. I just had a wheelset ordered from there and it cost me $35 shipping + about $16 in duties when it arrived. Not bad. Still cheaper than having a LBS around here build the same wheelset for me.

He even happily undervalued the wheelset for me (he normally does $100 for each one, but did $80 for mine) so I could save a few bucks.

Shipping for other items is even less. I know he ships B17s for free.
