Bikes: Cannondale m400, Pacific Premier 12 speed touring

Which is Worse
Ok, bad morning..

Which is worse
1) Being chased by a dog
2) Pedal strike
3) Pedal strike while being chased by mans best friend

On the plus side, I never new my trusty old Cannondale m400 could go 34 mph (well 33.9).
