Done it before when I was a newbie, remember now the good ole humility that goes with it. Probably a dumb question but anyone else ever done it? Thankfully the bike had no damage. On the bright side, time for new bad weather pedals!

Sorry to hear about your fall. I hope you are ok.
This year alone my face has seen more payment than the last 6 years of my life. That's because this year I started to discover the love of cycling and went all out. I have fell from a stand still position several times coming off usually a 15 to 20 mile ride. My legs are scarred. No matter how many time I remember to unclip one leg at stop signs and red lights I forget when I'm bring it home for my final stop.
I recently felt the pavement on the account of a reckless motorist who side swipe me 2 1/2 weeks ago.
But all is well and I'm back to full training this week.
Since being on the bike it has kept me humble and very aware of everyting around me.
I have crank brothers-egg beaters. And MO76 SHOES that I train with so I can get use to for cyclocross next year.
