I should mention the Casa Blanca hot springs! I would have killed for something like this on previous tours, and it's hardly out of the way. From Salome, AZ you head southeast on Salome RD rather than continuing on HW60 through Aguila/Wickenburg. The hot springs are on a street that runs nearly straight to Phoenix. They're on warmshowers.

About this member: We have a non commercial hot spring with natural hot mineral water showers, two 100 year old giant porcelain tubs for natural soaking, tent and RV camping spaces and a stone labyrinth in a wholesome non smoking, pet free environment. The road we live on is the only east-west secondary road in the area. Wi Fi is sometimes available. There's a log building with a sink, toilet, and mineral water shower. Donations Accepted Laundry available for a small charge.
