I am looking at purchasing a new/used wheel set with say a budget of $250. I know that this means I will probably end up buying used higher-tier wheels, so I am just wondering what should I look out for on purchasing used wheels so I don't get screwed?

Anyone have any recommendations of what wheelsets I should be looking at? Or is there any new ones that will suffice?

I weigh 138lbs if that means anything in considering what set to purchase
