Bikes: 1986 Alpine (steel road bike), 2009 Ti Habenero, 2013 Specialized Roubaix

It depends on your riding style and goals, but in general I would look at neuvation or mavic aksium....also, don't cheap out on the tires, get good ones like Conti GP 4000s or Michelin PR3.
