- fork. This is 1" threaded. Plus a Dura Ace threaded headset? Don't think this will fit the newer frames...and likely threadless is an upgrade I'd benefit from.

- Crankset - Shimano 105 with Shimano UN-54/72 BB. Is this going to fit newer frames? I'm not positive when the newer external/press fit/BB30s came out.

- Shifters/FD/RD - should be okay.

- Bars - If I'm switching out fork/headset/stem, will need a new one. This is 26.0 mm diameter.

Seatpost - this is 27.2

Wondering what year range frame I should be after to insure I can switch all/most parts over?
If you can find a frameset (frame + fork + headset) you'll only need a new threadless stem. Your FD is likely a braze-on so you can get an adapter if needed for the new frame. Crankset won't be an issue as long as you avoid BB30 frames, though even those could be made to work with adapters. External BBs use the same frame threading your original BB. You may need a shim for the seatpost too though 27.2mm is a very common size. Again, if you go for a cyclocross frame, you'll need new brakes.
