Not for bikes only, but using the burke gilman and the Centennial trail in combination, you can ride from Seattle's center all the way to Arlington ( a distance by car of almost 60 miles, about halfway to Vancouver, BC) and only ride on the roads for less than 15 of that.

It's stellar. I believe there are forward reaching plans to extend this multimodal cooridor all the way to the Canadian border and on to Vancouver.
