BIGGER VELOTRANSIT LANES for higher speed bicycling. Excellent.

I've brought up the idea of speed/width related bike lanes in Seattle. Wider, better buffered bike lanes for higher speeds. uphill bike lanes can also be striped with less buffer.

Head's intent is to eliminate bike accomodations in favor of continued motor dominance of the roads. foul intent.

This thread is not about 'alternate names' for integrated roadway bike facilities, its hed scheming how to eliminate bike facilities altogther.

HPT or HPV lanes.

VELOTRANSIT lanes, my favorite.

additionally, to anticipate greater and more diverse modes of human powered travel, VELOPED lanes.
