With a big enough sample size, you can make some generalizations, if you bother to record the behavior of every single car that passes you :) Nobody does this though -- but it would make an interesting study!

Subjectively, for me, I get the most anxious when I see a white colored, large 4x4 pickup coming up behind me in my little rear-view mirror. I find that these drivers either are extremely courteous and pass me with a large buffer of space as possible -- OR -- they fly by me as close as they dare causing my life to flash before my eyes as curses roll off my tongue.

Also, the few times someone has hurdled objects at me (can, half-empty bottles) it has always been from a white 4x4 pickup.

I have only seen a few Jags around where I live and never had a problem with any of 'em. :)

I've been having trouble recently with black pickups. I don't like to generalize, but the less a pickup looks like it does any work, the more worried I am about the emotional maturity of the driver.

Beauty IS in the eye of the beholder. Enjoy your home; others can enjoy their expensive (or inexpensive) bikes, cars, whatever.

I guess that makes me REALLY entitled.

I drive a Benz and ride a Colnago C59 (among others).

Is that Morro Rock? Man, I miss California sunshine. You don't fit the average Mercedes stats as you drive a convertible + you have a bike. The bike skewing the "stats" from entitled to someone who cares about others on the road. :D
