My Pandemic K2 Zed Sport
This is a bike I found on Craigslist for $50 at the start of the pandemic. It was not in rideable shape, but I just wanted a project bike to mess around with. The tires were flat, the suspension fork was collapsed, and one of the crank arms fell off after I got it home.
At this point, I've replaced every part on it except the brake levers and rear brake.

Very cool, I just bought a K2 Astral 2.0 off of marketplace for 60 bucks, in like new condition. There are deals out there...
