There is apparently a Trek dealership at Hami Lu and Jianhe Lu in Changning District in the Bailianxijiao (the English name is Brilliance West) Shopping Center, across from a KFC. I have not been, but that would probably be your best bet. I'm not sure how easily you would find a 520, though -- the Trek store in Beijing focused more on higher-end road and mountain bikes.
