I'm a healthy active bloke but want to get more healthy and active...

Firstly I don't know anything about carbs and all that I just eat when I'm hungry throw some meat in every now and then and try keep it healthy...

I want to know how to eat appropriately to gain weight. I am under my ideal weight, always have been, just my build. Still I would like to try reach it...how does one go about gaining weight in a healthy manner?

Kotter seems to have discovered motorcycles - dunno if he rides his bicycle much any more. The rest seem to have vanished into the ether. Even Gus has gone quiet since he became a dad.

Hmmm. I'm on my third motorcycle since moving back here. But I still ride bicycles when there's not a foot of snow on the ground. We should round everyone up for a reunion. Just get caught up with everyone, then y'all can piss off again.

Paulie! He was the Scot with the Aussie accent - couldn't understand a word of it. He was from out Jock's way, along with Brendan. Kotter and I were the only actual Novocastrians.

There were some other guys that didn't post much, but did a few rides with us. They had all gone to NZ together at one point.

I miss those rides. We don't have a beach or any decent cafes here.
