Do you mean a kick-back hub? Probabally wont have any luck finding a 72 hole hub in anything but standard coaster break. Building wheels isnt too hard to learn if you give it a try , unless you are going to pay someone to build you custom wheels you will be stuck with what the majority of people are using.
But for the first post- I think Husky makes a great wheel, only preceded by Worksman.

Most Shops might be able to ship a more common 36 hole UPS Air,(billed to Credit card or Ebay), why a 6 or 12 dozen spoke wheel ?

re drilling a hub with more holes can be done ..

Better coaster Brake Hub: https://www.sturmey-archer.com/en/pro...ail/s1c-silver

If You can Just Do It & Not post questions, Knock your self Out.

48m spoke is the maximum any large company produces , outside of L.A. low rider Crowd's custom parts.

Shop in Eureka/Arcata stocked some pretty weird parts for the Kinetic sculpture race machine Builders.
