What is it?

My neighbor has cruiser in her garage and it is like brand new. I would like to offer her a fair price for it, but I have no idea what it is, not do I know what it is worth. Any help would be great and thanks in advance.

Illmatic on top crossbar and illmatic.de steht zum Verkauf on the chainguard. What little I can find is its a 2002 and one was listed on eBay twice with a min. of $200 but did not sell. It may have not sold as it was a mandatory pickup in Toms River, NJ

It's not worth $200 for sure. Not a 2002.

Bikes: 3 Rollfasts, 3 Schwinns, a Shelby and a Higgins Flightliner in a pear tree!

Look for a Made in mark or serial numbers. it sounds like they were made in Taiwan later possibly.

Bottom of crank tube "BC2C060131". Front wheel hub " Quando". Velo springer saddle. Front forks caps read "Zoom". No badging on front of headset or forks. Hand brake front coaster rear. Single speed.
