Bicycle Thieves
Anyone watch this film? I really enjoyed it and it made me think of you guys and gals here in terms of how important a bicycle can be.

California is the one that messed it up for everyone.
They made it illegal to shoot bicycle theives back in the late 1890's.
Other locations followed suit.

I bet if we could still shoot the ba****ds, bicycle theft would not be so prevelent today.

There is one on youtube where the guys set up a sting with a bait bike behind a bar that had several bikes stolen from. They hid on the rooftops with fully charged paintball guns with frozen paintballs. Right in the middle of the thief cutting the lock the lights went on and everyone opened fire. Torn him up pretty good and I'm sure he thought twice about stealing another bike from there or anywhere else. I know it's not legal or maybe even morally correct but it felt kind of satisfying each time he yelped with pain as another paintball found it's mark. Back east Boston I think the guy ran like lightning into the night. Sorry if this upsets any bike thieves out there.
