Refurbishing

I'm going to try to ride a bike again after 18 years off. I plan on building one like I use to. But man, they've been selling some junk for quite some time no. I'm looking for some layman's terms. Would someone tell me what the Cp, Kt, and gucp? Wheel Rear 26x2.125 559x28 Stl Cp 36 Kt Cb 110mm 12gucp.
Thanks

Bikes: 3 Chinese Gas Pipe Nerdcycles and 2 Chicago Electroforged Boat Anchors

26x2.125 = tire size
559x28 = bead seat diameter and width of rim
Stl Cp 36= Probably steel/chrome plated/ 36 holes and spokes
Kt Cb= The hub is KT brand. CB stands for coaster brake
110mm= the spacing between the rear dropouts and the matching width of the hub at the outside of the locknuts
12gucp.= probably 12 gauge spokes
