This is a balloon tire bike, these 650b (584) wheels might fit a middleweight better as they came with a 571 rim (26x1-3/4 tire size used) rim rather than the balloon tire's 559 rim (26x2.125 tire size used)

Thank you for sharing.

What handlebars do you think those are? Do you think they are the same bend as a Schwinn Suburban?

Building something and was never a fan of the dramatic swept back cruiser bars.

Schwinn Heavy Duti

My Schwinn Heavy Duti with a King Sting fork. This was put together in the early '80"s when these color anodized parts were readily available. The rack is Schwinn. Of course, being a Heavy Duti, it was yellow. I repainted it with Rustoleum gloss black.

They are Schwinn bars, made by Wald. They are extremely similar to a north road handle bar

Does anyone know of an aluminum north road handlebar? I've only seen them offered in steel. Velo Orange offers left bank and tourist bars in aluminum but not a north road.
